Ingredients
1 lb ground beef (at least 80% lean)
2/3 cup water
1 package (12.4 oz) Old El Paso Tortilla Pockets Kit
1 1/4 cups Shredded Mexican Style 4 Cheese Blend
1 1/4 cups shredded lettuce
3/4 cup diced tomato
1 cup sour cream
Directions

1. In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in water and taco seasoning mix (from kit); heat to boiling. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until thickened.

 

2. Meanwhile, heat tortilla pockets (from kit) as directed on package.

 

3. Stuff tortilla pockets with beef filling. Top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, crema and taco sauce (from kit).
